2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious software or code.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and product information, is the property of ludicrous lumens or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images are accurate.
However, specifications, packaging and appearance may vary slightly due to product updates, manufacturing changes or improvements.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer either an alternative product or a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Formation of Contract
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, abuse, pricing errors or other legitimate concerns are identified.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after the order is placed.
Some products, including made-to-order, customised, pre-order or temporarily out-of-stock items, may have a different dispatch or lead time. Where this applies, the relevant estimated timeframe will be stated on the product page.
Dispatch times refer to the time taken for your order to leave us and do not include the delivery time of the postal or courier service.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather conditions and other delivery disruptions.
Delayed, Missing or Non-Delivered Parcels
If an order has not been received within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant postal or courier service.
Reports of lost, delayed or non-delivered parcels may be subject to the investigation procedure and investigation timeframe of the delivery provider used for the shipment.
Where a courier investigation is required, please allow up to 10 working days for an initial investigation to be completed.
Some carriers, services and international shipments may require a longer investigation period. Where this applies, we will advise you accordingly.
Customers may be asked to provide reasonable information or assistance required by us or the delivery provider as part of an investigation.
Disputed Deliveries & Proof of Delivery
Where tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the customer reports that it has not been received, we will investigate the delivery with the relevant postal or courier service.
During an active investigation, we may need to await information from the delivery provider before determining the appropriate resolution. This is particularly important where tracking indicates that an item has been delivered, as the carrier may need to establish whether it was delivered to the delivery address, an authorised recipient, nominated neighbour, safe place or other authorised location.
When investigating a disputed delivery, we may consider all available delivery evidence, including:
-
Tracking information and delivery scans
-
GPS or geolocation information recorded at the time of delivery
-
Delivery photographs
-
Signatures or recipient information
-
Confirmation provided by the postal or courier service
-
Evidence of delivery to an authorised safe place, nominated neighbour or other location authorised by the customer
Where the delivery provider confirms following investigation that the parcel was successfully delivered to the correct address, authorised recipient, nominated safe place or other location authorised by the customer, this evidence will be taken into account when assessing the claim and determining the appropriate resolution.
A tracking status alone will not prevent a customer from reporting a genuine delivery problem. Any disputed delivery will be considered on the available evidence and circumstances of the individual case.
Returned or Undeliverable Parcels
Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.
Any refund due for a returned order will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and these Terms & Conditions.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this section excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, including our legal responsibility for goods while the risk in those goods remains with us under applicable consumer law.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Rights
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
This right applies to consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once notification has been received, the goods must be returned within a further 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Return postage, shipping insurance, customs charges, duties and any other costs associated with returning goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until received by us.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned products should be:
-
Complete with all supplied accessories, components and documentation.
-
Returned in their original packaging wherever possible.
-
Clean, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
-
Free from signs of misuse, modification, installation damage or excessive handling.
Customers may inspect products in the same way they would in a physical retail store. However, where handling exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from any refund.
Original Packaging
We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Where products are returned without original packaging, with damaged packaging, or with missing packaging components, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund where this affects the resale value of the goods.
Refunds may also be reduced where accessories, manuals, supplied components or other items originally supplied with the product are missing.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights.
Products found to have a manufacturing defect may be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Refund Processing
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed using the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until goods have been returned or satisfactory evidence of return has been provided.
Any deduction made from a refund will be proportionate to any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and assess the product.

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.
