Communication with the vendor was good, the time between ordering the product and arrival was fast. Well packaged. And so far I really like the product, its all set up and ready to take out in the field tomorrow. I've owned a nitesite before which is more cumbersome and needs cables to operate whereas the nvs30 isn't and doesn't. Of course it could be improved just like most things, but not for under 200 I'm sure. Thank you

The whole purchase was dealt with very professionally, with very good communication with Andy at Ludicrous-Lumens, he was extremely helpful and honest, which to me, was a breath of fresh air. First Impression: The NVS30 was well packaged and of good quality for a budget product. Although early days, it seems robust and everything works as it should do. The difference between the NVS30 and NVS20 is the size of the screen. The NVS 30 bigger screen, is more suited to me. The picture quality during day and night is better than my previous NiteSite Viper. The NVS30 came with appropriate instructions and was easy to fit to the sight. However, the video on the site https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlC3ZFsExpY is helpful. One point to note, the roll of tape provided is underneath the packaging, which was fortunate as my Hawke 3 9 x 50 IR Nite-Eye Scope was between the two rubber adaptor sizes and I needed the tape to wrap around the scope to ensure a good fit. The menus are easy to navigate, however they are not fluorescent, consequently identifying their purpose at night may be a challenge until I become familiar with the controls. In my opinion Andy s review on YouTube is a true reflection of the product. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ziqw801PRA. Would I recommend the product? Yes, I certainly would. In my opinion, for a budget item which I believe is aimed at a relative beginner to night vision, it ticks all the boxes and seems an extremally proficient night vision product, which is certainly as good as or better than my previous Nitesite viper.
